Skin Deep Soul High was established in 2007 with the aim of raising awareness of complementary therapies and delivering professional individual treatments. 

I have a Certificate of Higher Education in Complementary Therapies completed at Coleg Morgannwg and Glamorgan University.  My studies included Anatomy and Physiology, Diet and Nutrition, Biochemistry, Counselling Skills, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Reiki and Sports Massage Therapy.
